Il Vigneto Restaurant was born in 1983, when the grandfather Marco Bursi left his lawyer career to wear the chef’s apron and follow is passion for cooking,  transforming the old family’s country house surrounded by vineyards, into a typical Sicilian restaurant.

Nowadays, Marco’s sons and his grandchildren, who grew up around the stoves of the restaurant’s kitchen, carry on with love and passion the business founded by their grandpa.

The Vigneto Restaurant fame has been noticed also by the most important gastronomic guides like: Michelin, Gambero Rosso, Veronelli, Dumont, Guida d’Italia, Accademia, Bibenda, Touring club.
